This representation has involved several significant contract amendments over the years with Broward County as owner of the BBT Center, that have included re-financings, capital improvements, and restructuring of financial terms. Representation has also included resolving issues with the City of Sunrise where the Arena is located.
GFC and its highly specialized employees have maintained the twelve gantry cranes in Port Everglades that enable the Port to move containers on a 24-hour basis. Work has involved successful contract awards, extensions, amendments and issues that may arise with the County.
